Good things come to those who wait (or to those interested in instant gratification)

So right now, we are into this whole positive reinforcement thing in our house. Lola hits, we try to ignore it, but when she’s gentle, we give her praise (read: food, kisses, etc.). So, we thought this might carry over with our customers and Lola had a fantastic idea: reward our customers when they buy our stuff (”the more they buy, the more you should reward them, mommy!” or at least that’s my interpretation of her garble this morning!) So, Piccolini, thanks to Lola, has instituted our frequent buyer program where we reward you each time you reach a certain level of purchasing power! The points are cumulative so here’s how it works:

Silver level: buy $500 worth of stuff (at once or over time) and you get a $25 credit for a future purchase.
Gold level: buy $1000 worth of stuff (at once or over time) and you get an additional $50 credit for a future purchase (now you’ve gotten $75!).
Diamond level: buy $2500 worth of stuff (at once or over time) and get an additional $100 credit for a future purchase (now you’ve gotten $175!).
Platinum level: buy $5000 worth of stuff (at once or over time) and get an additional $200 credit for a future purchase (now you’ve gotten $375!).

After that, your points start over and you get to cycle through each level again. Points never expire and we keep track for you in your customer file on our system. It’s that easy! So, thank Lola the next time you see her. It was her idea!
